Changes the shadows of the game leaving them beautiful. Looks best in the middle of the day.

If you have crash:

 If you use Mix Sets: Disable DisaPedDinaSha and FcStaticVehSha (by placing 0 or -1)

 If you use SkyGfx: Disable the pedshadows and stencilShadows of all .ini (by placing -1, do not put 0!)

     By default the mod comes configured for up to 256 holes that will remain for 3 minutes in place, you can edit the .ini file to increase. ( Probably not needed )
